Dispute Resolution
- The law of India governs the Contract and any disputes or claims arising out of it.
- The Indian courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of the Contract. The Contract has been entered into on the date of your signature of the Proposal.
- These Contracts and/ or your use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with India law and the India Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise.
